Rick Bayless has been many things, but most may not think of him as an actor. But come next spring, that could change when he stars in "Rick Bayless in Cascabel," a Lookingglass Theatre production centered around the award-winning celeb chef, where he will play—what else?—a chef in 1940s Mexico. The "circus show" is set in a boarding house and food will play a central role, with the audience getting a three-course meal. Tickets for the March 23 to April 22 run go on sale Tuesday for Lookingglass subscribers. [Trib]
