Washington, DC, is the latest site in a string of incidents in which video cameras have been found hidden in Starbucks bathrooms. A Virginia man is suing the coffee chain after he and his five-year-old daughter found a video camera that "was on and recording digital images" in a unisex toilet stall. The police confiscated the camera and the subsequent civil suit is on the grounds of "permanent and continuing emotional pain and suffering, humiliation, embarrassment and great emotional distress."
