Think you know the best food cities? If you didn't, you do now. Travel + Leisure just released a list of the top 20 best cities in the U.S. for foodies. Chicago came in at No. 5, just behind New York. The more surprising entry is Providence, R.I., at No. 3. New Orleans landed at the top, followed by San Francisco.
