Paul Kahan's Garden

Paul-Kahan-garden.jpgPaul Kahan invited Eater National to spend some time at his personal garden at his Albany Park home. In the article, as part of the Out of the Kitchen series, Kahan talks about how he turned the space from "a disaster zone with weeds everywhere" into a vibrant garden where he spends nearly an hour each morning tending to his plants, which include kale, mint, shell beans, anise hisop and more. So why does he garden? "Because I'm alone and no one's bothering me," he said. Read the full interview and see the gallery at Eater National. [~E~]
