EVERYWHERE—What's the best way to fix Chicago's mass transit system? The Metropolitan Planning Council thinks bus rapid transit is the way to go; the group released a big report outlining BRT's potential in Chicago.

NEAR NORTH—Now that the Cabrini-Green high-rises are history, the owners of nearby Atrium Village are planning to build four big apartment high-rises at Wells and Division streets.
