Bistro 110 has only been closed about two weeks but the transition to Tony Mantuano's latest project is in full force. The once-French restaurant will become a casual and modern Italian bar slated to open in the Gold Coast space late September.
Mantuano tweeted this morning, "My new restaurant will be BAR TOMA featuring pizzas, mozzarella bar and much, much more. Updates weekly! You heard it hear first." Can't wait to find out what's next.
