Vincent Launches Late Summer Brunch Menu

Vincent is amping up their summer brunch menu with the addition of new Dutch and American specialties. Chef/owner JonCarl Lachman is jazzed about the brunch menu as he will be cooking it himself starting this Sunday. Expect house specialties like the uitsmijter and matzo brei to stay put, but look for the recent additions of foie gras with nectarine gastrique and bacon; and a pulled pork sandwich on a grilled croissant with smoked gouda to grace the menu. Additional omelets and pancakes have also been added.

Bloody marys with unique accompaniments are available as well and according to today's Tribune article on bloody marys, "No one else in Chicago is doing bloody marys like this."
