Edgewater Artisan Bread Shop in the Works

Le Cordon Bleu instructor Bill Millholland is planning to open an artisan bread and cheese shop at the corner of Clark and Devon. Milholland plans to serve breakfast and lunch items, a small selection of wine, flatbread pizza and even serve as a coffeeshop for morning commuters. At this point, the shop is still very much in the planning stages, but if there's a spark, it could arrive sooner than you know. [Edgeville Buzz]
