Whoever thought Matt Maroni only belonged behind the wheel of a food truck, you're in for a surprise. The Gaztro-Wagon founder is gearing up to open Morso, a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the former Terragusto space on Armitage. Morso will open in early August and Fritz Pastry's Nate Meads will consult on desserts. The eclectic menu will have things like tuna carpaccio roll, seared antelope loin and duck sausage scotch egg, which will be on the brunch menu. And don't worry, Maroni may step away from the truck for a little, but he's not giving it up. [TOC]
