Ryan Poli Cooks for Rocco DiSpirito Tonight

Set your DVR to catch Tavernita chef Ryan Poli make his debut on Bravo show Rocco's Dinner Party with celeb chef Rocco DiSpirito. During each episode, DiSpirito gathers three chefs to create the perfect dish for an intimate dinner party, which features different surprise guests each week.

Poli, who prepared fish tacos with mango and papaya relish with a tortilla infusion, appears on the show with a summer theme. He gets a big surprise when comedian and roast master Jeffrey Ross walks into the kitchen. Poli said he is a huge fan of Ross and was honored to cook for him. Tune in tonight to see if Poli has the winning dish and walks away with a cool $20,000—the prize each week for the winning chef.
