As if the constant line wrapping around the corner wasn't indication enough. Hot Doug's status as the top hot dog shop was once again solidified, this time on a national scale by Complex magazine. Doug Sohn's encased meat emporium was named No. 1 because both of its ability to craft a perfect Chicago dog and its offering of gourmet sausages, which the magazine calls "food porn."
