Milwaukee Avenue Arts Festival Debuts Wagyu Wagon

Another weekend, another street festival and likely another ninety degree day. No need to worry though, the Milwaukee Avenue Arts Festival plans to have a plethora of food and drink options to keep you satiated. The Gaztro-Wagon will be serving naan-wiches and Taquero Fusion will be dishing out tacos and salsa. The long-awaited food truck from chef Aaron Crumbaugh , the Wagyu Wagon, will also be there making its debut. Crumbaugh will preview some of his menu including the signature Wagyu burger. The truck is still preparing to be cook-ready (in hope that the law changes soon) and will make its official launch at the Mendota Sweet Corn Festival on August 10.

Pierre's Bakery, a neighborhood staple will be serving sweets and Revolution Brewing will be pairing its Eugene Porter with Boiler Room's "boozy" soft serve ice cream in addition to serving up four additional craft beers. Lula Cafe will be serving up a specialty sangria made with wines from Michigan and Ohio, and Telegraph will be serving wine. Sounds pretty delicious to us.
