The owners of Estelle's are on the move once again. The group, which also has aliveOne and Easy Bar, has taken over Logan Square spot La Estrella and will soon open The Owl. Owner David Halpern said it'll be an unpretentious, neighborhood joint. The late-night spot at 2521 N. Milwaukee will have 20 tap beers and an old-school 100-CD jukebox, but won't serve food; instead they'll have menus from nearby restaurants so patrons can order delivery.
