Forever Yogurt Launching ForeverTruck on Saturday

If popping into one of the three Forever Yogurt locations wasn't enough to help you cool down from this never-ending heat wave, perhaps their new food truck, the ForeverTruck, will. Launching this Saturday at the The Big Dig volleyball tournament on North Avenue Beach, the truck will serve six of Forever Yogurt's most popular flavors along with 24 toppings including fresh fruit.

The truck will then hit the streets and like Chicago's other food trucks, announce its locations, flavors and toppings via Twitter and Facebook. The plan is to expand the fleet from one truck to many over the course of the year based on demand. They are also working with the city to potentially build out a self-serve yogurt truck in the future, to align with the concept of their self-serve shops.

Adding a mobile fleet hasn't stopped the addition of new shops with two locations, Naperville and Madison, Wis., opening soon. The team is also scouting locations in Lincoln Park, River North and Andersonville.
