Is Half Acre's stock about to rise even more? The North Side brewer is collaborating on a beer, called Horizon, for Next's "Tour of Thailand" menu. The 22-ounce-bottled beer is made with hibiscus, mangosteen and a dash of pomegranate and wil be paired with a beef cheek curry dish. The beer, according to The Feast, should be ready to be served in the next few days, but unfortunately it seems the only way you'll get to taste it is if you scored a golden ticket to dine at the restaurant.
