The Green City Market's Junior Board is taking over the upstairs of The Bristol for their Meet the Market event from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday. Pastry chef Amanda Rockman and mixologist Debbi Peek crafted a special menu of desserts and cocktails made with Hillside Orchards fruits and Death's Door spirits. Paul Thelen from Hillside Orchards will be there to discuss his farm's produce and the market.
Pastries are complimentary and include: lemon blueberry macaroons; fresh cherry black forest cake; chestnut mascarpone crepes and raspberry vanilla creme with candied rose. Drinks like the raspberry and rosemary sour; blueberry ginger mule and the orchard cherry and honey mocktail are all $11 with the proceeds benefiting the Green City Market.
