Even though he left Saigon Sisters, Matt Eversman isn't staying out of the public eye. Eversman, who Time Out Chicago named "breakout chef of the year" at the 2011 Time Out Eat Out Awards, will do a Southeast Asian cooking demo at the Kenmore Live Studio/Jack Gallery (678 N. Wells) tonight for one hour starting at 7 p.m., giving people a look into the type of food he may cook at his forthcoming unnamed restaurant.
