FULTON MARKETNext is completing its Paris 1906 menu this weekend, making way for a Thai menu. And so we'll always have Paris, the restaurant is releasing an interactive e-book with recipes of the entire menu, chef commentary and pictures. It's a pay-what-you-want download, but 20 percent of every donation over $5 goes to head and neck cancer research. Look for it in August. [Facebook]
