Yesterday news broke that Frank Brunacci had left the kitchen at Sixteen. Reports and speculation quickly hit the web, but it looks like Brunacci will spend some time working with his wife at her online truffle shop, The Chef's Diamond and eventually wants to open a "truffle-inspired restaurant" in Chicago either later this year or sometime in 2012.
