Talk about good timing. Bun Mi Express quietly opened its doors on Friday just before massive crowds pushed into Boystown for gay pride festivities. Owner Le Trinh emailed Eater this morning to say the official grand opening is on July 4, but you can pop by now to check out his menu of Vietnamese sandwiches.
