Green City Market Gets Revamped; Uptown's Pop-Up Farmer's Market; Lockwood's Brunch

LINCOLN PARK—Starting tomorrow, Green City Market moves back to its original location, but with new improvements, including paved walkways and tiles to help with drainage during and after heavy rains. The market is located at the south end of Lincoln Park between Clark and Stockton and is open each Wednesday and Saturday between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. [EaterWire]

UPTOWN—As part of Ald. Harry Osterman's Take Back the Block initiative, Uptown will launch a pop-up evening farmer's market tonight at Buttercup Playlot at Sheridan and Ainslie starting at 6:30. [Uptown Update]

DOWNTOWN—Every Saturday and Sunday, Lockwood will host an upscale brunch at its Palmer House location with a menu that will utilize produce from the hotel's new rooftop garden. Lockwood is also introducing a new bloody mary bar featuring three custom, housemade mixes. [EaterWire]
