If one concept doesn't mesh with the neighborhood, turn it into something that does. That seems to be what's happening at the now-shuttered Kith & Kin space in Lincoln Park. Moe and Ash Taleb, who owned Kith, are reportedly turning the space into a more neighborhood-friendly cafe concept, similar to their Zig Zag Kitchen a few blocks away on Lincoln. The brothers want to create a concept that will bring in more parents with kids during the week and hope to be open in about 10 days. [The Feast]
