As if having one great chef behind an exclusive pop-up restaurant wasn't news enough, now there's even more to get excited about. News broke earlier today that former Kith & Kin head chef Andrew Brochu will join Phillip Foss in a partnership in El, the not-quite-open six-seat tasting-menu restaurant on the edge of Pilsen. Foss reached out to Brochu just after Kith shuttered and Brochu jumped at the chance to be part of this creative endeavor, which only seats six people a few nights a week during one seating. [Trib]
