Smith changing name

Smith, the new joint from the Webster's Wine Bar crew, needs to change its name. Once the story appeared on Eater, the restaurant's owners received a cease and desist letter from a New York law firm that represents The Smith, an East Village (Manhattan) spot that apparently has a federal trademark on the name in the restaurant category.
