The wait is almost over as The Black Sheep will start taking reservations through Open Table June 14. The restaurant, which may allow walk-ins June 10 and 11 during a soft opening, seeks to make haute cuisine accessible to more people by delivering a higher level of service with dishes featuring quality ingredients at a lower price point. Chef/owner James Toland was most recently the chef de cuisine at Lockwood and has worked in a number of fine dining establishments during his 25-year career. [EaterWire]
