Henri Hosting Soiree des Sommeliers With Five of Chicago's Top Wine Directors

To help celebrate her inclusion in Food & Wine's list of top sommeliers of 2011, which came out in the April issue, Henri sommelier Shebnem Ince is gathering four of Chicago's top wine directors for the Soiree des Sommeliers.

During the June 20 event, Henri and The Gage executive chef Dirk Flanigan will design a six-course meal around wines selected by Ince and the other sommeliers—Chad Ellegood (Tru), Dan Pilkey (Ria, Balsan), Amy Lewis (one sixtyblue) and Jeremy Quinn (Webster's Wine Bar, Smith). The evening will no doubt feature unique and interesting selections, including something from Ince's list of 100 percent organic and biodynamic wines, which landed her on the F&W list.

Cost of the dinner is $195 per person (inclusive of tax and tip) and space is limited. Reserve a spot now at 312-578-0763.
