Anyone know how to make a cake? After getting a nomination from the James Beard Foundation and recognition as a Rising Star chef, Patrick Fahy is moving on from his position as pastry chef at Blackbird. Paul Kahan tweeted this afternoon that Fahy "is passing the pastry torch at Blackbird. Many great achievements!" As for Fahy, Kahan tells Eater that he recently got married and wants to start a family. Other than that, he's not sure what Fahy's plans are.
