One of the foremost burger experts in the country, Motz just launched the Burger GPS iPhone app (he's also released a book and documentary both titled Hamburger America) letting you find the best non-chain burgers wherever you are, including Kuma's Corner, DMK, Top Notch Beefburger and Hackney's in the Chicago area.
