Grant Achatz just tweeted that Next, Alinea and Aviary are all open today because of the National Restaurant Association (NRA) show this week. Although the restaurants are booked, Aviary is accepting walk-ins, and according to their Facebook page, they are also taking a limited number of reservations for 6, 8:30 and 11 p.m. If you email them you may get lucky.
