Haven't we already seen this before? Looks like another Lakeview spot is going to attempt an all-grilled-cheese restaurant concept. First, the 44th Ward Dinner Party tried it in the former Lakeview Broadcasting Co. space. And now Cheesie's Pub & Grub will open next week near Berlin. Cheesie's will have a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches, apps, soup and a full bar. It'll stay open till 5 a.m. on weekends so when you're stumbling home, you can get a gooey cheese sandwich to sop up the booze. [TOC]
