It looks like Cibo Matto isn't changing its name after all. However, the Italian restaurant at the Wit Hotel is enhancing its menu and it will incorporate a lot of steak, so the rumor we heard wasn't so far off. Chef Evan Percoco said they've added eight items in Cibo's new meat and chop section, which will feature all natural, humanely raised beef that they'll start aging on site. [Dish]
