Terragusto Getting Makeover

Terragusto-armitage.jpgSince it didn't perform to the level he had hoped, chef/owner Theo Gilbert is closing Terragusto on Armitage. But don't fear: the shutter (happening after service this Saturday) will be short lived as Gilbert will then take a few days to revamp the space and open it up May 18 as pastaterra. The new counter-ordering concept will focus on fresh pasta (about 13), four antipasti and some desserts. He wants to free up his time to focus on a new restaurant, which sounds like it may open in Glencoe. Steve Dolinsky has more details. [WBEZ]
