It's still a few weeks from actually opening, but Perennial Virant is getting the buzz rolling early. Last week, we reported on design details and now a working menu has been revealed. TOC got hold of Paul Virant's menu on the just-launched new PV website (where a full PDF of the menu lives) and it looks delicious. With items like crispy Great Lakes whitefish, seared diver sea scallops, Gunthorp Farm's rabbit ballotine and crisp Parisienne gnocci, this might be summer's hot spot near the park.
