For the dogs

FidoToGo-sm.jpgNow here's a truck that doesn't need the city to pass a food-truck ordinance. TOC reports that Fido to Go, a food truck specifically catering to our four-legged canine friends, will hit the road on May 7. FTG will debut at Bark in the Park and sell two forms of treats, baked (apple harvest squares; sweet potato puffs) and frozen (like ice cream) and range from $1 to $3. Watch for FTG to hit other festivals like the Pet Pride Parade. FTG owner Tracy Werner is in discussions with the city now so hopefully she'll be able to park at places like the Montrose dog beach, a.k.a. MonDog. Question is: Will dogs start chasing after this truck like kids run after the ice cream man? [TOC]
