What happens when the Gaztro-Wagon, Fritz Pastry, Hum Spirits and Logan Square Kitchen collaborate? A new pop-up restaurant called Glimpse, focused on seasonal cuisine and a family style tasting experience. This "blink and it's gone" event takes place from April 6 until April 9.

The menu items are divided into 5 sections: fish, veggie, meat, cheese and dessert. Tables must choose at least 5 courses, a $50 minimum per person. A drink tasting menu, wine by the bottle and various specialty drinks are available to accompany your meal.

Seating is limited and reservations can be made via Twitter only. Follow Glimpse_Chi and they will follow you back. Once they do, you can send them a direct message with your preferred date, time and number of guests and they will confirm. The place seats 70, in addition to a chef's table available for one group each night.

Think you can snag a spot? They already have 200 followers on Twitter, so you better hurry!
