For Chicago coffee drinkers, the news just keeps getting better. If we're not already spoiled by great local roasters like Metropolis and Intelligentsia, Time Out Chicago reports that Portland's Stumptown Coffee Roasters is looking to set up shop here. On top of that, they also want to build a roastery to avoid having to ship the coffee halway across the country. Now if we could only get Blue Bottle to come here ... [TOC]
