When Pret A Manger opened its doors in the Loop last fall, people couldn't contain their joy that the popular British healthy quick-service restaurant had arrived. Well, Chicago, you have reason to get excited yet again. Pret is planning to open at least three more locations Downtown, with one confirmed at 73 W. Monroe. And since Pret plans to open an additional 30 shops globally, we can only hope they'll add more here, and maybe even expand out of the Loop. [EaterWire]
