When he got booted early from Top Chef All-Stars, did you think that was the last you'd hear from Spike Mendelsohn? Well, it looks like he's not going away quietly. Mendolsohn set up a franchise company to expand his D.C.-based Good Stuff Eatery to expand to more outposts in D.C, Philly and likely Chicago. Hopefully there's lots of, well, good stuff to eat.
