Maybe, just maybe, the city will start moving on that food-truck legislation, because clearly it's something the people want. The Feast reports (as does TOC) that three new food trucks are en route to Chicago this spring and summer. Haute Sausage (gourmet hot dogs) and the Slide Ride (mini sandwiches) will arrive first, followed by the Wagyu Wagon (um, wagyu beef), from former Peninsula chef and Amazing Race contestant Aaron Crumbaugh.
