RIVER NORTH—Technically, goalie Cristobal Huet is still a member of the Blackhawks, but he's currently on loan to a Swiss team, so he's trying to sell his 14th-floor triplex with a mini hockey rink. After sitting on the market for six months, Huet lowered the price this week.

ORLAND PARK—20,000 square feet can feel big and lonely, but not if you have a bunch of furry friends to keep you company. Take, for example, this Orland Park mega-McMansion, which the sellers filled to the brim with taxidermy.

STREETERVILLE—A couple of years ago, to the chagrin of nearby condo owners, the Chicago Children's Museum announced plans to relocate to north Grant Park. Now, it's beginning to look like the museum might stay at Navy Pier after all.

PALOS PARK—We're still trying to figure out what this means: "Incomprehensible beauty and lavish magnificence consumes the essence of the core upon which this home was conceived."
