Looks like high-priced groceries may not be a match for high rents. Word is that Fox & Obel may face eviction from its Streeterville location after failing to pay rent for the past few months, totaling an alleged $330,600. A report filed March 3 claims Fox & Obel's "rent payments have been sporadic." However, a lawyer for the upscale grocer said the eviction matter is on hold for the time being while the two sides try to find a favorable solution.
