GT Fish & Oyster is getting closer and closer to opening ... and the kitchen staff is ramping up. Co-owner Kevin Boehm tweeted this morning they hired a sous chef. In fact they have two. Jessica Carney (Topolobampo) and Jennifer Petrusky (Charlie Trotter's) will work alongside exec chef Giuseppe Tentori when the seafood spot opens, hopefully later this month. [EaterWire]
