When Chicago chef Rick Tramonto's memoirs, Scars of a Chef, come out this month, don't expect it to be a celebration of the hard-partying, pirate-chef lifestyle. The recovering drug/alcohol addict prefers to focus on the cleaner side of things: "It's really hard to be talking about God and being sober when you're in this industry...So many chefs go down the path of using drugs and alcohol."
