New Seasonal Beers at Half Acre, Revolution

Just in time for an early spring, Half Acre Beer Company today released a fresh new wheat beer at their Lincoln Avenue store. Ambrosia, which hit the fermenter just over two weeks ago, is brewed with hibiscus and orange, with a nostalgic label that "salutes digital days gone by." And, in case temps gets a little bit colder again, the brewery will follow up this batch with a reminiscent release of Marty Stouffer's Wild America, a higher octane barleywine in honor of 80s PBS nature show pioneer and wildlife expert Marty Stouffer. Makes you wonder if Bear Grylls will ever get his own brew someday. If you're more interested in the dark side of life, Revolution Brewing just tapped its dry Paddy Wagon Stout and Baphomet Bock today. Both are traditional beers for the season and a bit lower in alcohol than most, so you can have a few as you suddenly find yourself in the middle of a toast to good old St. Pat.
