Class Warfare

Khuin-dish.jpgEven before some culinary students graduate, they're already trying to one up their classmates. Such is the case with Fred Noinaj, a student at Washburne Culinary Institute, who will host, Khuin, his first pop-up restaurant, at Delicious on Saturday. While Noinaj comes from a line of Thai chefs (members of his family own Duck Walk), his menu this go-around will firmly be American. He said his second pop-up (see, he's clearly trying to get to the head of the class) may focus on Thai street food. Check out the Khuin tumblr for menu details and RSVP info. [TOC/Khuin]
