According to TMZ, Jean-Claude Van Damme is a lousy tipper. They have a copy of a receipt that shows the Muscles from Brussels left a mere $40 tip on a $942.39 check at an Los Angeles nightclub. Apparently "the wait staff was not pleased." [TMZ via Eater National]
