In its 16-year existence, Saveur has never run restaurant reviews, but with the March issue, that all changes. The glossy introduces its new long-form review column with a very positive write up of Stephanie Izard's Girl & The Goat by executive editor Dana Bowen; the magazine's cover refers to it as "America's best new restaurant."
