Cochon 555 Reveals Full Chef Lineup for Chicago

Cochon 555 is coming to Chicago on March 20 and we just got the full lineup of chefs competing in the grandiose porcine festival. We first told you that Mike Sheerin and Andrew Zimmerman would compete. Then we got news that Stephanie Izard signed up to show the boys how to get things done. Now we learn that Chris Pandel (The Bristol) and Michael Fiorello (Mercat a la Planxa) will round out the roster.

These five talented chefs will each get the chance to show their skills at breaking down and preparing a 150-175 pound heritage hog. The festival, taking place at a still-unnamed location, will crown one of these chefs the prince or princess of porc to then go on to compete at the Grand Cochon at the Aspen Food & Wine Classic. Tickets for the event run $125 and if you want to get an idea of what it's all about, check out the competition's trailer.
