Spiaggia exec chef Sarah Grueneberg is the latest big-name chef to offer up her skills to help charity. The current Top Chef contestant has created a charity wrap for Falafill that is available throughout December. Pulling inspiration from Genoa, Italy, Grueneberg will use Falafill's falafel in her wrap that will also include basil pesto, green beans, crispy potatoes, celery and pickled onion. Grueneberg, who is the seventh chef to participate behind the likes of Stephanie Izard, Giuseppe Tentori and Mark Steuer, has selected the Greater Chicago Food Depository as her charity benefactor.
