Think you know what's coming down the line for the Chicago food scene? The Chicago Food Snob has once again compiled his list of predictions for what may take place in our culinary community in 2012 (his 2011 list was pretty damn funny). While he takes jabs at a number of chefs, writers and restaurateurs, the one prediction we'd love to see come true? "A major chef the likes of Thomas Keller, Mario Batali or Daniel Boulud decides to come and open a place in Chicago." What? It could happen. [Chicago Now]
